I've tried to Download the Plugin Uploader but only get a Error 494. There should be a Download for the Spring Theme?

I’ll soon be pushing a new version of the resource manager, so for now, I won’t be focusing on the other current resources. @Gavin will be able to get hands-on with the tool to add them. 😇
